We wanted to try a different place for breakfast on our way back from Kottayam in May and ended up at Cardamom County.
And the property provided a welcome change from our usual stop. Huge, with well manicured lawns and walls covered with ivy, this place is definitely in synch with nature.
We were seated almost immediately and were about to order a la carte when the person taking our order suggested that we try their buffet instead. As the price would work out to be similar! And we went ahead with his suggestion as the spread did look good.
The breakfast buffet is priced at 400 net and is a good mix of South Indian, North Indian and Continental dishes. The dishes we tried were all good and the service, impeccable! Cardamom County is definitely a place to check out if you are in the vicinity.
